“ My girlfriends and I were trying to decide on where we wanted to go for dinner and came across this restaurant, it was the best decision we could’ve made! We asked our waitress for recommendations off the menu and she shared what was popular as well as what her favorites are. We decided on the seared tuna with mango salsa ($22), cilantro lime skirt steak ($23), and the lobster roll ($24). Personally, my meal was the cilantro lime skirt stake and it was genuinely so worth the price. The steak was cooked well, moist, and seasoned very well. The steak was sliced and placed on a bed of rice, with roasted potatoes and avocado salad on the side. The portion size was great and the quality was outstanding! All elements of this dish were perfectly seasoned and cooked well, everything tasted so fresh! The mint lemonade was also very very very good! Our waitress was very attentive to us throughout our visit and engaged in genuine conversation with us a few times, she was very kind and very well liked amongst us. We also shared the key lime pie and i have to say it was the best key lime pie i have ever had in my life, the price was a little hefty but as a key lime pie connoisseur i will go to any lengths for a good slice of key lime pie! This will definitely become a regular destination restaurant for us from now on!! ”

“ We came here on our first night of vacation, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant and bathrooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was quiet and cozy with dim lighting that created an intimate vibe. Service was excellent from the start—we were greeted right away, seated immediately, and our server was both kind and knowledgeable. When there was a small mix-up with our appetizer, she quickly made it right by offering us a complimentary starter, which we really appreciated. Now for the best part—the food! Absolutely delicious. I ordered the cilantro lime skirt steak, and my husband had the jerk chicken pasta. Both dishes were so good that we ended up sharing. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with guacamole and potatoes that were packed with flavor. The pasta was just as impressive—cooked al dente with tender, juicy chicken and rich seasoning. Overall, Hedera is a solid 10/10. We’ll definitely be back! ”

“ We visited Hedera as a last minute replacement for a restaurant that was so busy there was no parking. Our party of five was seated immediately. The waitress was personable and took our orders. The menu had many enticing choices, other than fried food. I had the Salmon. It was DELICIOUS. Surprisingly light but generously sauced! The balance of delicate flavors was refreshing, and by far one of the top 3 meals I have had on the island. The service was attentive, our waitress checked in often, and was efficient. The atmosphere - the restaurant had a small amount of tables, and dimly lit, the decor was nice, we were able to have conversation, which was much appreciated. The only thing I missed was the availability of adult beverages. As I ate my salmon, I thought how a nice glass of white wine would have made the meal perfect. With that said, you can take your bring your own should you choose. Overall I would recommend, and I will be coming again, but with a bottle of wine. ”
